Water tank cleaning questions
Is AOT Tank PUB licensed?
Yes. PUB plumber licence WS16882018, registered to Lam Kien Choon.
How much does cleaning cost?
HDB domestic tanks typically S$250–400, condo shared tanks S$400–600, commercial S$500–750+. Access and lab tests change the number.
Same-day service?
Yes when access and confined-space setup allow. Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00. Not 24/7.
How often should we clean?
Residential often 1–2 years. Many condos and commercial sites 6–12 months, or as the MCST schedule says. Sooner if colour, smell or sludge.
Town-council HDB roof tanks?
Usually under the town council contract. We quote private, condo, commercial and many landed tanks. WhatsApp photos if you are unsure who owns it.
Are you NEA licensed tank cleaners?
We do not claim a separate NEA company licence. PUB plumber licensing is the relevant credential — see NEA vs PUB.
